MEOTINE.® Norge offers a 14-day return policy on all orders, allowing you to return your items for a full refund or exchange if they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Register Your Return
Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.
Ship the Package
Attach the return shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
